This faculty meeting plan will support you in leading staff through exercises to identify activities that align with their values to replenish their personal and professional self.
Staff will:
Engage in discussions on four important topics to connect with colleagues.
Identify and prioritize 5-8 core personal values.
Partner up to brainstorm how to integrate personal values into self-care practices.
